It’s that time again and one I love – Flash Fiction Friday. It’s where a group of very talented writers get together and use a single picture – 100 words, no more and no less, and describe the scene. Today is haunting… Or so I think. Tell me what you think. And please stop by and visit everyone else.
Tears slipped from Jason’s eyes as he stood in the rain, his heart racing. He’d lost her – the one woman in his life who understood him and his needs. Sniffing, he shook his head as he walked toward the pier. For some reason he was comforted by the chill sweeping through his body. There was no doubt she completed him and what did he do? With one word he’d forced her out of his bed and his life and there was no way he could live without her. Walking closer to the raging water, he whispered his last word. “Done.”
I so hope you enjoyed…
